Ques: What is the best way to reach the place?

Ans: Drive to the entrance of the Villa, easily accessible by road in a distance of 5 Kms from the Lonavala railway station

Ques: Can I drive all the way up to the entrance?

Ans: Yes

Ques: Is parking available?

Ans: Yes, Ample parking is available

Ques: Is the place suitable for senior citizens, wheelchair users and / or others with mobility challenges?

Ans: Not really, however with a little support with the others they can move around

Ques: What group size/s is the place suitable for?

Ans: Upto 20 people can be accommodated with the help of extra mattress

Ques: Is this stay part of a society or a standalone property?

Ans: Private Society with 3 villa’s

Ques: Is the villa suitable for a day picnic?

Ans: Yes

Ques: Is it possible to host events here?

Ans: Yes

Ques: Can my driver/s and other personal staff be accommodated here?

Ans: No

Ques: Can I book a few rooms instead of all the rooms?

Ans: Yes, however there shall be other guest’s around

Ques: Can I bring a pet along?

Ans: No

Ans:: No – This is a pure vegetarian Villa

Ans: Yes – Mandatory

Ans: No alcohol will be permissible in the Villa

Ans: Yes but restricting to 10 pm

Ans: Guest show use only of Jersey or synthetic material cloths

Ques: Can I entertain additional day visitors as my guests while I stay here?

Ans: No, we don’t entertain visitors

Ques: When can I be sure my booking is confirmed?

Ans: After the advance of 50% is made

Ques: How can I make the payment?

Ans: Any mode of payment is accepted, we generally do not entertain cash payments

Ques: What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations more than 7 day from the day of arrival		Full refund
Cancellations less than 7 days and more than 3 days		Date postponing possible – Refund not applicable
Cancellations less than 3 days		No refund

Ques: How do I pay the security deposit and how do I get it back?

Ans: Security deposit is mandatory and payable during check in and will be refunded during check out

Ques: What about guest access and interaction with guests?

Ans: We shall not restrict our guests provided the other guests are not objecting
